Quincy is an Asset Manager at Knightvest Capital. In this capacity, she supports the investment and operational performance of multifamily assets owned by Knightvest in the Houston region. Her role focuses on financial analysis, operational strategy, forecasting, investor and lender reporting, and asset-level initiatives that help drive long-term value and property performance. Prior to joining Knightvest, Quincy graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2025 with a B.B.A. in Finance and a concentration in Real Estate Finance.
