Chris Eisenlohr

Chris Eisenlohr is the General Counsel at Knightvest. In this capacity, he oversees all legal matters, including contract review and negotiation, transaction management, acquisition due diligence, and litigation management.

Prior to joining Knightvest in 2024, Chris was the lead in-house counsel for the "build-to-rent" division of a national, publicly traded commercial homebuilder.  In private practice, he was a senior associate at the Dallas-based real estate boutique firm Condon Tobin, and a junior associate in the real estate transactions group at Andrews Kurth.

Chris graduated with honors from the SMU Dedman School of Law in 2013, and earned a bachelor's in business administration from Texas A&M University in 2009.
