Phil Lake

About

Phil is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Knightvest and is located in our Phoenix office. In this capacity, he functions as the Phoenix Market Leader focusing on new acquisitions. Prior to joining Knightvest in 2017, he ran P.B. Bell’s existing asset acquisition platform heading up the acquisition of 4,000 units. Before P.B. Bell, Phil worked at PEM, Keystone Commercial Capital, Equity Lifestyle Properties and Focus Development.

Phil holds a B.A. in Architecture and an M.A. in Real Estate from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
