Madison Tappan

About

Madison is the Chief Investment Officer at Knightvest.  In this role, he is responsible for leading the firm’s investment activities throughout its core markets and the sourcing of equity financing.  He also serves as the Dallas-Fort Worth Market Leader, focusing on new acquisitions and investment opportunities.  Previously, Madison was a Vice President within Goldman Sachs’ US Real Estate team, where he was tasked with overseeing the firm’s multifamily equity investments in various Southeastern and Southwestern markets.  Madison started his real estate career at Knightvest in 2014, where he served in a variety of functions, ultimately serving as Director of Investor Relations.

Madison holds a BSBA with an emphasis in Finance from the Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas.
